Inspired by feminist thought and grounded in curiosity, she pays particular attention to voices, experiences and forms of knowledge that often sit at the margins of formal decision-making spaces.

Within Development Dynamics, Phelsia leads the Insights Hub, shaping the intelligence systems, learning journeys and knowledge products that inform action across the ecosystem.
