Her practice brings together systems thinking, facilitation, inquiry and innovation design. She creates spaces where diverse actors can slow down, read what is shifting, surface what is emerging and imagine practical responses.

Mutile brings steadiness to complex conversations. She helps groups move from scattered signals to shared understanding, from uncertainty to experimentation, from reflection to adaptive action.

Within Development Dynamics, she leads and strengthens the Innovation Lab’s capacity for collective sensemaking, systems practice and adaptive design as DD moves into its next chapter.
