Ipsa brings a perspective shaped by work across South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom. Her experience spans research, advocacy, community engagement and impact investing, with particular attention to how young people participate in shaping the systems that affect their lives. Within the Stewardship Circle, Ipsa contributes insight into emerging generations, shifting development paradigms and the growing relationship between social impact and capital.
