Dr. MaqC Eric Gitau, PhD
MaqC works at the intersection of intelligence, innovation and investment.
Over the past twenty-five years, he has accompanied institutions, networks, movements and communities across Africa and beyond as they navigate change, uncertainty and opportunity. His practice draws together participatory design, systems practice and strategic foresight to help people make sense of complexity and shape pathways towards thriving futures.
He is drawn to people, places and patterns; to the quiet signals inside systems; to the questions that institutions carry before they have language for them. Through platforms such as African Luminaries, Last Thursdays and #DDwithMaqC, he continues to create spaces where African leaders, practitioners and communities can debate, document and speak into the futures they are helping to shape.
Within Development Dynamics, MaqC stewards institutional evolution, ecosystem relationships, strategic imagination and the continual exploration of what becomes possible when African-led systems change is powered by intelligence, innovation and capital moving in relationship.
